Trains, no planes, and an automobile

Roseville has a rich rail roading history. The tracks run through the length of the city and the Union Pacific Railroad is one of the largest employers in town. Since moving here, I’ve wanted to take a morning to watch the trains and grab some pictures. This past Sunday was that day. But, I wasn’t the only one watching trains. I found that I had stumbled upon a secret society of on lookers out to take a peek. But one man in particular caught my eye. For the better part of an hour, we watched the trains from a distance, allowing each other the space to enjoy the rumble under our feet and the view of the massive metal beasts in silence. At one point, I couldn’t resist snagging a shot of him admiring the view as he rested his hip on his beautiful, classic 1965 Mustang. It was a glorious, relaxing morning and I will definitely do it again. I hope you enjoy this moment as much as we did!
