Late last week, I got a call from a friend. She realized after two photo sessions for her senior daughter, they had neglected school spirit. Fabulous in the Flower Fields

North Carolina offered some of the most amazing views along the eastern Carolina coast. Every spring, as part of a wild flower project, huge beds of flowers bloomed along the bridge leading to the small barrier island of Emerald Isle where we lived. While this wasn’t the first day I met the “mini Gins” that belong to my very dear friend, Gin, it was the first time I had a chance to spend time alone with them and their mom. It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship that I will cherish, always. That’s the best part about this job–the people you meet and the memories made. Enjoy!

Thank Heaven for Little Girls

This past fall, I had the pleasure of sneaking away to New Bern, NC to spend an afternoon on the playground with these two lovely ladies. These two divas were born to be in front of the camera. Say “cheese,” girls! And thank you for showing me your best playground skills.

The Sweetest Baby Girl

Meet Lydia. Something incredibly special happens when a mom meets baby for the first time. They fall in love. It’s hard not to fall in love when you have a baby as adorable as Miss Lydia. It’s been a few years since I’ve taken these photos and Lydia has grown to be an adorable young lady. I find this one of the most rewarding parts of working with clients–being a part of freezing time, if only for a moment. Thanks for letting me share!
